The Ex Guwahati plan includes a full road-travel day and five campsite nights. The Ex Naharlagun plan is intentionally shorter with four campsite nights and five total days.

## Standard Stay Inclusions

Allocated tent category, clean bedsheet and pillow, daily breakfast, clean concrete washrooms cleaned three times daily, basic charging access, check-in support, festival guidance, campsite community zone subject to permissions, responsible-stay rules.

## Standard Exclusions

Festival entry pass, flights/trains to pickup point, lunch, dinner unless added, snacks, alcohol, personal beverages, fishing, village guide, winery entry or tasting, adventure activities, personal purchases, medicine, insurance, emergency expenses, and disruption costs from weather, roadblocks or festival changes.

## Booking Flow

Users click a package card, the booking form prefills the package, guests and nights, then the user adds contact details and submits. The backend stores the booking request with a generated reference and invoice.

## Common Booking Questions

- One-night Ziro campsite stays are available on request, subject to inventory and festival-date demand.
- Ziro Festival passes are not included by default.
- Ex Guwahati is the longer 5N/6D plan because Guwahati to Naharlagun/Arunachal takes a full travel day before reaching Ziro.
- Ex Naharlagun is the shorter 4N/5D plan for guests already reaching Naharlagun/Itanagar.
- The campsite is outdoors in Ziro Valley, so guests should expect cool nights, rain-ready packing, concrete shared washrooms and festival-ground conditions.
- ILP support and transfer guidance can be requested during booking.

## Local Culture

Ziro Valley is home to the Apatani people and the Apatani Cultural Landscape. Cultural activities are optional, permission-led and designed around local guidance, village customs and photography rules. The website uses culture-specific imagery for the local market, Apatani village landscape and winery visit. It retains one community-fishing image to describe the seasonal paddy-and-fish experience.
