Cancellation Policy
Effective 23 July 2026. This policy applies after a Northeast Basecamp booking has been confirmed in writing.
How to request a cancellation
Please send cancellation requests in writing to sales@northeastbasecamp.com from the email address used for the booking. The request is considered received when we acknowledge it.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on your confirmed package, the cancellation date, non-refundable festival or supplier charges, and whether transport or add-ons have already been committed. The applicable cancellation terms and any non-refundable amounts are stated in your written booking confirmation.
Name changes and transfers
Guest-name changes may be considered before departure, subject to availability, identity requirements and the rules of festival, transport and local partners. Please contact us as early as possible.
Changes by Northeast Basecamp
If we need to cancel a confirmed package for reasons within our control, we will offer a reasonable alternative, credit or refund of the amount paid for the affected service. Weather, road closures, government directions, festival decisions and other circumstances outside our control may require operational changes.
Travel protection
We recommend suitable travel insurance for cancellations, weather disruption, illness, delayed travel and personal belongings.
