For contest and lucky-entry forms, we collect the submitted Instagram link where applicable, email address, phone number and booking reference.

We use this information to check availability, confirm booking details, coordinate festival stays, administer contest or lucky entries, answer questions and provide customer support. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email regarding your request or entry.
Sharing and storage
Booking information is stored in our secured booking system. We share only the necessary details with operational partners involved in your confirmed stay, transport or add-ons. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
