Terms and Conditions
Effective 29 July 2026. These terms apply to Northeast Basecamp booking requests, confirmed festival-stay packages and promotional entries.
Booking requests and confirmation
Submitting a website request does not confirm a booking. A stay is confirmed only after Northeast Basecamp confirms availability and sends written confirmation with the applicable payment terms.
Package scope
Your written confirmation defines the final package, inclusions, exclusions, occupancy, dates and payment schedule. Festival entry passes are not included unless specifically stated in that confirmation.
Guest responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate contact details, carry valid identity documents and meet any permit requirements for Arunachal Pradesh. Guests are expected to respect local communities, campsite rules, other guests and staff.
Outdoor conditions
Festival camping is an outdoor experience. Weather, terrain, road conditions, festival schedules and local authority requirements may affect activities, access or timings. Northeast Basecamp may make reasonable operational changes to protect guest safety.
Conduct and safety
We may refuse service or remove a guest from the campsite for unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory or seriously disruptive behaviour. No refund is due where removal results from a guest's breach of campsite rules.
Giveaways, contests and lucky entries
Contest entries must follow the stated entry steps and be submitted with accurate contact details. The Ziro excitement video contest has two campsite-stay winners, announced on 15 September 2026; travel and Ziro Music Festival entry tickets are not included. The booking-reference lucky entry is for verified Northeast Basecamp bookings only, and one eligible winner may have one guest's campsite stay made free. Prizes are subject to eligibility, availability, booking verification and written confirmation by Northeast Basecamp. Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer these promotions.
